Concerts on the Square by eBike 

Tour Highlights
  • Cost: $125 per person

  • Tour Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours

  • Age/Ability: 21+ and able to ride a regular bike

  • Note: Booking closes on Monday at noon prior to the Concerts on the Square event on Wednesday in order to accommodate catering requests.

What to Know Before The Tour

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Closed toed shoes

  • Rain/cold weather gear depending on the forecast (tours run in rain and cold as long as conditions are safe)

  • Camera

Policies

Rider Safety:

  • Riders must be over the age of 16 to ride their own eBike

  • Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Adults must book their own tour and ride their own eBike.

  • One rider per eBike

  • Maximum weight for a rider is 300 lbs

  • Riders must have a basic level of fitness and ability to ride a bike

  • Riders must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour to receive instruction on how to safely operate the eBike

Weather policy:

In the event of inclement weather, the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra may choose to cancel the event. Tours will be cancelled if the event is cancelled and guests will be offered an option of rescheduling to the rainout date on the following day or a refund. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all tour guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you on a future tour.

Cancelation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
